Glorious Teninch

Sisters

The T'interweb is humming with news that the Lord has greeted the great unwashed of Londoom tonight at the premiere of his new Big Screen outing in 'Glorious 39'.

The after-premiere party has moved to the Lord's favourite eating house - The Ivy - which as we speak is no doubt besieged by paps looking for that perfect picture. Of course, the Sisters' perfect picture would be the Lord leaving on his own!

To whet the appetite here are a couple of nice ones from earlier on.

You diligence should be rewarded. These visions are indeed most holy and should be worshipped.

The sacred stubble was on show to the great unwashed. I am sure that many women did throw themselves onto the floor at such a living and breathing vision before them.

Has the Lord been allowed out alone this eve? We shall wait and see.

Sadly,'tis not the case for 'a lads night out'...
Land of Twitter reported our Lord was NOT alone in the eating house!

I am beginning to think the child's son does not live full time with her anymore. She comes back from a jaunt and goes to a concert then is out again with the Lord. Maybe the boy would like some time on hols with his mum alone. She has cancelled her appearance next month at a dr who con due to professional commitments ???which I am sure can read as the Lords professional commitments.
Inside comments on the Lord last night at the screening say he seemed nervous. What has happened to him? He seems to have lost himself during the course of this relationship.Another thing I dislike is seeing the stupid colour co-ordinated outfits they recently seem to be wearing. I am wearing grey tonight Georgie so you wear your grey dress. Grow up and see the light Lord.

As to her not doing red carpet because she isnt after fame, sorry but she will hardly say to him she wants to do it. She will not put a foot wrong.

She didn't go to the concert. And have people heard the thing called DAY-TIME where she would be spending time with her child? Quite young child so will go to bed early. Won't see much of him in the evening anyway, will she?

As for the red carpet, DT has never been comfortable at events like that. He HATES the limelight, HATES being famous and he has said that is one thing he could do without.

Well, nobody is disputing that DT hates the limelight and being famous... We all know that. But he just does it because he knows it's part of his job. What's that got to do with what's being discussed here?

This is a very interesting discussion, especially the concept that parenting stops when a child goes to sleep? I will have to try that one on my son - sorry darling but mummy is going out every night this week - don't worry though because the nanny/babysitter/auntie/grandma is here to look after you.....

Hummmmmm

Anyway, back to the Lord himself. I understand that the great unwashed of Londoom did give the Lord a superstar's welcome on the red carpet. Perhaps this was the source of his reticence. After all he did only play a cameo role and the biggest cheer is usually for the stars of a film not someone who is lower down on the credits!

Whatever is the reason, I am pleased that chose to he walk amongst us and i am looking foward to watching a game of verbal tag between the Lord and Graham Norton early in November.

Please wear velvet, Lord. Just for the Sisters!

If you read the press association report from last night it doesnt read as if David was nervous on the carpet:

"...the Doctor Who star garnered deafening screams upon his last minute arrival.

Tennant was booed by fans as he broke off from signing autographs to speak to the press about the film but, as organisers tried to rush him inside for the start of the film, he said: "I've just got to go and see a few more of these people", before signing autographs, posing for photographs and high-fiving up the entire line of fans."

Though so-called "Fans" booing him wouldnt have helped his usually happy mood. One word for them - TOSSERS!

Sister Chastity....

I so agree that it was very bad form of those fans to boo David like that. They should of known that he would be either having his pic taken or someone would like to interview him...

I would call them another word... and it wouldn't be Tossers though! Lmao!

Just a reminder that if you want your comments published on here I suggest you don't write a personal criticism of the people who author the blog!

Oh dear Sister Chastity... some people just don't get it through their heads do they?

The Twitterer who posted about DT being at the Ivy posted at 8.13pm but I was at the screening and it did not finish until about 8.30 and there was a Q&A after which DT was at. Ask anyone who attended what time it ended. Someone on another DT board posted that DT was currently standing near them at the cinema and that was posted at 8.38pm. They also said there were paps at the Ivy taking him and Bill Nighy's photos but none have turned up. Something hinky going on. Their twitter account sounded reliable (journalist) but people do lie online. GM was not at the premiere btw.

Did you hear DT's comments about the "debate" over Christmas on Radio 5? The Child must be stomping her feet because he's always spent Christmas with his family in Scotland before.

Handsome lad when he's tarted up (ie, Wimbledon pic....the cropped one, natch)

-- Sigh.

...but does anyone else think he resembles someone fleeing their bed in the midst of a 5-alarm fire at 3am in this outfit?

I love him to death...

...but I thought he may have been hit by a couch.
